These Northern Arapahoe Tribe and Eastern Shoshone Tribe specialty plates are new as of January 2018! Here is some information on Tribal plates: 

• Applicants are not required to be a tribal member
• $100 application fee ($70 fee for Tribal Scholarships and $30 specialty plate fee)
• Application and fee must be mailed to the University of Wyoming address at the bottom of the application
• Plate numbers are issued in consecutive order
• Plates are mailed to the Treasurer's Office to be issued to the customer
