PUBLIC NOTICE

CONVERSE COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE TO BE CLOSED FOR TRAINING, JANUARY 13, 2026 - NOON TO 5:00 P.M.

The Converse County Clerk’s Office will be closed to the public on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for necessary facilitated training in preparation for the 2026 Election. Normal office hours will resume the following day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any emails and voicemails received during this closure will be answered the following day. In an effort to ensure the public is aware of this closure, public notices will be posted at the Converse County Courthouse, at the Clerk’s Office, and under “Other Upcoming Events” on the December 2, 3, and 16, 2025, and the January 6 and 7, 2026 County Commissioner agendas.  A public notice will also be published in the Douglas Budget and Glenrock Independent on December 24 and 31, 2025, and January 7, 2026.
