PUBLIC NOTICE

CONVERSE COUNTY, WYOMING

Pursuant to WS §18-12-112(a)(xxii) and W.S. §18-12-116-118, the Board of Directors for the Monkey Road Special Improvement District will hold a public hearing on May 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Glenrock Library, 506 S 4th Street, Glenrock, WY, to consider public comment on Resolution 01-2025 Establishing the Annual Assessment for the Monkey Road Special Improvement District for FY2026. The assessment shall be utilized exclusively for maintenance and/or improvements to Monkey Road and shall be included with the tax invoice for each owner of record, of the 92 Lots originally platted within Rolling Hills Subdivision No. 3, in the amount of $150 per lot.
