NOTICE OF 2025 CONVERSE COUNTY BOARD MEMBER VACANCIES

The Converse County Commissioners will accept applications for the following County-appointed boards during the 2025 calendar year. Members serve without compensation and must submit to a background check and complete Public Officer Training within one year of appointment. Please visit https://www.conversecountywy.gov/253/Converse-County-Boards for more information or to complete an application. Completed applications are due within 30 days of the beginning of a term. Contact the County Clerk with questions at 307-358-2244. For the Planning & Zoning Commission, contact the Special Projects Coordinator, 307-358-1990. Positions will remain open until filled.

  • Airport Board -  One Position - 5 Year Term - Open Jan. 2025
  • County Fair Board - One Position - 3 Year Term - Open Sept. 2025
  • Glenrock Solid Waste Disposal District - Two Positions - 3 Year Terms - Open Aug. 2025
  • Memorial Hospital of Converse County Board - One Position - 5 Year Term - Open July 2025
  • Library Board (Douglas & Glenrock) - Two Positions - 3 Year Terms - Opens July 2025
  • Parks & Recreation Board - One Position - 3 Year Unexpired Term - Opens July 2025
  • Planning & Zoning Commission - Three Positions - 3 Year Terms - Open March  2025
  • Tourism & Promotion Board  - Two Positions - 3 Year Terms - Open July 2025
