CITIZEN NEEDED FOR WY STATE FAIR BOARD

The City of Douglas and Converse County are seeking a motivated individual who wants to make a difference in our state and community by serving on the Wyoming State Fair Board.  The application deadline is 12:00 p.m. on September 5, 2025. This jointly-appointed Board position is for an unexpired four-year term through September 2026. Interviews and the final appointment will be made in time for the new member to attend the Wyoming State Fair Board meeting on Sept. 16 and 17, 2025. 

Interested individuals must complete an application and submit by mail or in person to the Converse County Clerk, 107 N 5th Street, Suite 114, Douglas, WY 82633, or via email by clicking here. The purpose of the Wyoming State Board is to ensure the successful promotion, production, and execution of Wyoming State Fair, as well as oversight of ongoing operations of the fairgrounds.
